• BACBED Application form URL

  This is the application form for BACBED. You can only do BACBED once you have completed Canine Essential 101. Please note that once you fill this application form, our team will consider your application, may have to reach out to you for clarification and once we feel you meet our criteria, you will be notified of admission. Right of admission is reserved by the Principal. 

• Leave form URL

  This is the form you will need to use to let us know about the leaves you take. You do not need approval from us to take leave. However, the details you fill in this form will be used to evaluate at the end of 3 years, if we feel that you have a justifiable reason to give you further extension. Please note that filling this form does not guarantee you that justification. 

• Complaints Form URL

  Students and staff of BHARCS can use this form to report a formal complaint. But we require that all parties have attempted to resolve this mutually and have the communication in writing (over email or moodle). Read and understand the Complaints Policy & Process here before lodging a formal complaint. 
  

• Complaints Resolution Report URL

  Once you have filed a formal complaint and followed due process to reach a certain mutually acceptable resolution, please submit in details of the resolution, along with target dates for resolution. 

• Complaints Escalation Form URL

  Students and staff of BHARCS can use this form to escalate a complaint to the Principal. But it can only be done after following due process of having first filed a formal complaint. Before you do, please read and understand the Complaints Policy and Process. 
  

• Appeals Process Page

  The Appeals process is available for any complaints that remain inadequately addressed, even after following due process. The Appeals process is a long process and attracts a fee. Requests that come to us, without having followed due process, will be rejected and the fee will not be reimbursed. Ensure that you read and understand clearly the Appeals Policy and Process, before going ahead with filling out the forms.

  All policies relating to how BHARCS is run, how assessments are done, how people and animals are treated, how quality is managed etc...are all documented on our website. Please do familiarise yourself with it. The policies are there to help students and the school perform at optimal levels.

  In this video you will get a brief introduction to our learning portal and tells you how to get started using it.
  

• Video guide on how to handle a typical unit URL

  In this video, we give you technical guide on how to use moodle to navigate around a typical unit. Try to follow along, by completing the sample unit called "Introduction to Moodle". Pause the video at various points and try to do the exercises in parallel. This video will be available for you anytime you forget something.
  

• A video guide to BHARCS online grading URL

  In this video, you will be told how grading works, what are submission comments, what are the different grades you can get, how to do resubmissions and leave comments. It also shows you 4 different ways of accessing your grades.
  

• BHARCS Policies Intro URL

  In this video, you will get a brief induction into the school policies and the various escalation processes. You will need to read each of the school policies more in detail. You can find them on www.bharcs.com as well as www.learn.bharcs.com, as demonstrated in this video.
  

• Reporting Errors URL

  In this video, you will learn what to do in case you encounter road blocks or errors are are not sure how to proceed. It covers issues you may face with understanding the activities or issues to do with the software.
